Refund policy

Returns:
If you need to return all or any items you have 14 days from the date received.
Returned items must be as new, unworn, with tags in their original position.

Please note, we do not refund delivery costs.

How to return:
Please email info@3man.org to request a return quoting your order number and listing the items you wish to return. We will create a return label, packing list and DHL label for you to print and add to the outside of your parcel.

Restock fee:
a restock fee of £10 (UK) or £20 (RestOfWorld) will be deducted when we process your refund. Items returned using your own shipping company and at your own risk are not subject to the restock fee.
